Your teacher, Kathleen Eagan, is a registered Dynamic yoga teacher, has a bachelor’s degree in education, and over four years of experience teaching yoga. Kathleen brings her background in massage therapy to class, informing her understanding of anatomy and movement in the context of a yoga practice.
Gentle yoga is designed with lots of props, support, warm-up and awareness exercises, breath work, modified postures, and meditation to help students find a comfortable and steady yoga practice.

Beginning Yoga, Finding Ease

This class is designed for people who are beginning their yoga practice or who want to refresh their knowledge of basic postures and breathing. The class focuses on helping students become more aware of their body as they move and increasing strength and flexibility. All of this is done in an environment that is safe, nurturing, and joyful.
Your teacher, Sharon McClinton, is a registered yoga teacher who combines Dynamic yoga with various other types of yoga. She has taught for over 20 years.
